How do I buy an item?
Find the equipment you want and contact us with its stock reference. We will confirm availability, the specification, price and any collection or transport arrangements. Purchases are agreed directly with our team; this website does not take online payments.
Can I view the equipment?
Yes, viewings are by appointment only. Call 07843 840456 to agree a time. The yard address is Avondale Road, WWTW, FK2 0YA. Confirm the item’s location before travelling.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
The main prices are marked + VAT and exclude VAT. Product pages also show the total including VAT at 20%. Some listings have a starting price or several buying options. Confirm the chosen option and final total with us.
Is the equipment new or used?
Most of the equipment is used. Read the condition notes, specifications and photographs for the particular item. Where an item is untested, the listing says so. Ask about any available inspection or service records and confirm suitability for your intended use.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately unless the item’s agreed quote states otherwise. Send your delivery postcode, access details and unloading requirements so we can discuss the arrangements and cost.
Can I collect an item?
Contact us to agree collection before booking transport. We will need to confirm the collection location, time, loading arrangements and the vehicle or lifting equipment required.
How do I confirm stock and quantities?
Contact us with the stock reference. Listings may be for individual items, a set, material sold by quantity or a package. Photographs and listings are a guide; confirm current availability, quantity and what is included before purchase.
What about payment, warranties and returns?
Ask us to confirm the payment arrangements and the applicable sale, warranty and returns terms for your chosen item before you commit. These may depend on the equipment and the transaction. Nothing on this website is intended to limit any applicable statutory rights.
What happens when I use the enquiry form?
